We have been working on the design since October last year. I searched for four factories, but none of the boxes met the size requirements and had comfortable chamfers. In order to have perfect curvature on all eight sides, we have made a mold. At the same time, it also makes the text on the box three-dimensional. Inviting good friends who are skilled in museum illustration to join the project, they have drawn a series of fish illustrations for us, full of details. In order to achieve the same color tone as the original painting, we made five samples and traveled three times to Dongguan to finally calibrate the color. All the inside and outside of the box are printed in spot colors, with matte baking paint, low-key retro style, and full texture. The EVA bait hanging included in the box has insufficient hardness of the existing material, and the color with sufficient hardness is incorrect! With gritted teeth and stomped feet, we customized two tons of EVA raw materials. After completing this batch of goods, there is still a lot left. If you need it, we can give it as a gift.
